Hi! My name is Felix Fischer and I am the head behind Fisherman Production. I am working as a professional game developer in Hamburg. In my free time I love to play games and programming, mostly game related projects. I was born in Berlin and already as a child I was very interested in computer games. So I decided to study media informatics in which I got first my bachelor degree and afterwards my master degree with focus on game development. Promises for Unity
This package is my implementation of the promise / future pattern. Using promises makes the handling of asynchronous processes easier and clearer. Methods to create sequences, parallel processes or races are available. This package has a pool for the promise objects implemented. In addition to that there is an option to collect reference-less promises to avoid destruction from garbage collector and put the object into the pool instead.
Asset Bundle Suite
This product is made for handling your asset bundle needs. Starting with assigning asset bundles to your assets over building, uploading, downloading and assets loading during runtime. It provides configurations to define rules to auto assign assets or folders to asset bundles, to define upload and download locations and runtime behavior settings. It comes with a complete version handling for you bundles and its own cache system. This package contains also a complete asset loader implementation which cares about downloading and caching bundles, loading assets and keep references to avoid duplicated loadings. It utilizes the promise pattern for easy syntax.
